Working in integrative holistic health has been my passion for over 30 years. I love the aha moment when my clients have that sudden insight in discovering how their own ability to heal is truly within them.

My private practice, Orenda Energy Arts, is in Medford; where I offer private, individual and couples sessions. I am a Teacher-Certified Himalayan Chakra Singing Bowls Practitioner, Eden Method Practitioner /Teacher. I have trained in different healing modalities, including Reiki, Pranic Healing, Shamanism, Applied Kinesiology and Transformational Life Coaching.

My biggest dream, with integrative health, is to offer the powerful health benefits of the singing bowls, meditations and energy medicine to young adults in our local community.

I look forward to offering group singing bowls meditations at Holistic Path for Wellness and working closely with the center to provide integrative health care in the Rogue Valley.

My name is Julie Bowne. I began my Holistic Journey when I graduated from a Footzoning
School in Utah in 2010 called “We Do Feet”. What is Footzoning? Footzoning is similar to
Reflexology. There are signals on your feet that communicate with the organs and systems in
your body. It is like a map of your body on your feet that I can use to assist your body to get into
a state of balance. When you are in a state of balance, that is when your body can heal.
I then continued my holistic journey taking Eden Method classes. I graduated as an Eden
Method Certified Practitioner in 2018. During an Eden Method session, I muscle test to find
where there is an imbalance and then muscle test to see what your body needs to balance.
Some examples of the many things I muscle test are meridians, chakras, auras.
In between taking Eden Method classes I took Reiki classes. It assisted me to feel the energy in
my hands and learned about a whole other Energy Modality. But, I didn’t stop there.
My most recent accomplishment has been graduating from Ashland Institute of Massage in
June of 2023. My Massage License # is 27828. Adding Massage has helped me to learn so
much about the human body. It has been fascinating! I love being able to combine all of these
modalities and assist people to get out of “fight or flight” and relax and release tension so that
the body can do what it knows what to do…Heal!

Dr. Nicolette Cortez is a seasoned nurse practitioner with an extensive history in aesthetics. She graduated with her doctorate degree in 2019 from Wichita State University and shortly thereafter obtained her Board Certification in advanced nursing practice. Prior to graduate school, Nicolette spent many years as an ICU nurse but has worked in a wide range of areas throughout her 15+ year healthcare career, including duties as medical director of two large medical spas in Denver, CO. Nicolette moved to Southern Oregon in response to the COVID crisis. After working through COVID-19 in the ICU, Nicolette wanted to leave the bedside/hospital setting and pursue her passion for aesthetics/preventative care. Helping people to engage in taking care of themselves before they become ill is a very important and often overlooked side of medicine. Helping people feel better and look better, thus boosting their confidence, is extremely rewarding.

Cristy recycle plastics and other items for my crafts. She use herbs she grow to make her infused lotion bars and salves. She uses all her own veggies for her hot sauce and firecider. 

Cristy will be selling Handmade ornaments, wreaths for various seasons, bookmarks, hostess gifts, Trolls,  salves and lotion bars. Sage sticks, medicinal herbs grown on sight, farm fresh eggs, Firecider and elderberry syrup. Buzz kill hot sauce.
