I offer eight group Tibetan Bowl Meditation Sound Baths at Holistic Path for Wellness each month. Meditations are every 1st and 3rd Friday at 1pm, 4pm & 7pm and every 1st & 3rd Saturday at 10am.
Working in Integrative Holistic Health has been my passion for over 30 years. I love the aha moment when my clients have that sudden insight into discovering how their own ability to heal is truly within them. My private practice, Orenda Energy Arts, is now located in Holistic Path for Wellness. There I offer private, individual, and couples sessions. I am a Teacher-Certified Himalayan Chakra Singing Bowls Practitioner and Eden Method Practitioner /Teacher. I have trained in different healing modalities, including Reiki, Pranic Healing, Shamanism, Applied Kinesiology, and Transformational Life Coaching. My biggest dream with integrative health is to offer the powerful health benefits of singing bowls, meditations, and energy medicine to young adults in our local community. I look forward to offering group singing bowls meditations at Holistic Path For Wellness and working closely with the center to provide integrative health care in the Rogue Valley.

Jeff Garbi Physical Therapist
Jeff specializes in treating acute and chronic pain conditions using gentle, effective, hands-on techniques and therapeutic exercise. Jeff's primary objective is to assist his clients in living a life free of physical pain and dysfunction. Jeff was born and raised in Northern California. He completed his B.A. degree in liberal studies with an emphasis in Spanish at Humboldt State University in 2002 and a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from California State University, Sacramento in 2007. He has continued his education focusing on manual treatment techniques, most extensively in the Counterstrain technique. You can find more information about this technique at counterstrain.com.
Jeff moved to Southern Oregon in 2008 where he started a family and began his career as a physical therapist. He enjoys most outdoor activities such as mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, backpacking, and snow activity. Other interests include music, traveling, and gardening. Jeff feels blessed to live in Ashland, Oregon with his wife and two children.
Treatment Philosophy
Jeff believes in a holistic approach to treating the body. Jeff's treatment approach focuses on gentle, hands-on, evidence based treatment techniques such as Strain Counterstrain, Muscle Energy Technique, and soft tissue and joint mobilizations that aim to restore proper tone and function to the soft tissues and normalize mobility and alignment of joints. Therapeutic exercise is used as an adjunct to help progress and maintain improvements. Jeff specializes in treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions, but is competent in treating many musculoskeletal and multi-system problems including, but not limited to post-operative rehabilitation, balance/vestibular problems, headaches/migraines, and MVA related injuries. Jeff's primary objective is to assist his patients/clients in achieving a life free of physical pain and dysfunction. Freedom is a state of being. Be free!
What to expect
Your first visit will focus on gathering information, evaluation of your problem, and determining a treatment plan. Some treatment and/or exercises are generally initiated. Further visits focus on treatment of your problem. A visit frequency of two visits/week is preferred for most problems for the first two to four weeks. Further treatment will be determined by outcomes and what is appropriate for your condition. Some problems may only require one or a few visits.
Treatment time will generally be 40-60 minutes with a physical therapist. Having intake forms ready prior to your first appointment is preferred. Loose clothing will make it easier for hands-on treatment.

His therapeutic approach is customized for each client and addresses a variety of overuse injuries and chronic pain. Chance earned a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Oregon and completed training at Lane Community College in 2010. He has worked in a variety of clinical settings including: health clubs, a campus student health center, chiropractic offices, physical therapy clinics, and operated a private practice while previously living in Eugene, Oregon.
Chance moved to the Rogue Valley after completing a thru hike of the 2,660-mile Pacific Crest Trail in 2016. He is an avid outdoorsman, often spending summers by the river or rock climbing and winters skiing; he hikes year-round. Most recently, he rediscovered the joy of dancing and being part of the dance community.

QHHT is a beautiful healing method developed and perfected by the famous Dolores Cannon throughout her 45+ year hypnosis career. Dolores Cannon’s method of hypnosis, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, involves inducing an individual into the Somnambulistic state of trance through visualization. We all drift through this enchanted state twice a day: right before you become consciously awake and just before you fall asleep. About Your Practitioner
I was born in the small town of Grants Pass Oregon, since my early teenage years I was passionate about philosophy, my love for wisdom, forgotten history, the human mind, human nature, metaphysics, and spirituality, being also, very drawn to people. As with so many others, life gave me lessons, heartache, disappointment, and a bit of trauma. So, my healing journey began. I quickly learned talk therapy wasn’t for me, I feel deeply and retelling the stories wasn’t helping. I sought out alternate healing methods and discovered Intuitive Life-Coaching. Through this I started to heal and knew I had to share with others a different way to look at healing. I’m now a certified Intuitive Life-Coach and I’ve been helping my clients on their healing journey, an inner-work specialist if you will. I offer my clients a safe exchange of energy. A non-judgmental ear, support, and direction through life changes. Along the way I also received my certificate for Kundalini Reiki, taken several channeling, chakras, and astrology classes. I enjoy working with energy and incorporate it in my sessions. Through working with my clients, and my own experience, I’ve learned that not all trauma comes from this life. I began to seek out answers and a way to help, and I stumbled upon QHHT Quantum Healing hypnosis Technique. A way to time travel back in time, to past lives, get answers, clarity, forgotten knowledge…. And most importantly to heal. I can't even express how honored I feel, to be able to do this type of work. My whole life, I've wished to be able to help make life, at least a little easier for people and I finally feel like I’m able to do so. Preparing for your QHHT Session
Sessions are always performed in person. Set aside 4-5 hours and take the rest of the day to yourself. I encourage you to set your intentions the evening before your session, asking your guides, higher self, Angels, soul for the best experience and whatever comes forth to only be for your highest and best well-being. Please no alcohol 24 hrs. before. It’s a good idea to limit your caffeine the morning of… we want you to
be relaxed. You don’t want to be hungry, eat a meal before coming. Wear something comfortable. Bring a list of questions to ask your higher self/soul.

After your session
We will discuss your session, and you may ask questions. I will email you a copy of your session, it’s important to listen to your session, again and again. Give some time in between. You will gain more healing and clarity each time you listen. Get something healthy to eat to ground yourself back into your body. Let yourself rest but try not to fall asleep till that evening.

I've lived here in the Rogue Valley since 2000 and have a strong connection with Mother Nature. I have bachelors degree in psychology from UC Santa Barbara and a masters degree in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, with over 25 years of experience working as a therapist.
Since I was young, I had a passion for exploring the connection between healing and altered state of consciousness such as dreams, meditation, breath-work, yoga, sound vibrations, and shamanism. In 2021, I was guided from within to complete an accredited certification training program to learn the foundational skills for shamanic healing practices. I got to experience first hand how powerful the healing potential was and it transformed my life. This shamanic healing works on a deep level.
Shamanism is the most ancient form of healing on Earth. This Earth based medicine acknowledges the spirit in all life and that we are not separate from nature, but a part of it. It is nondenominational and is a spiritual practice. This practice includes shamanic journeys, which are guided meditations, while listening to live drumming which supports a person being in an altered state of consciousness.
The shamanic journey is a path to connect with yourself in a deeper way and to connect with your spiritual helpers and benevolent ancestors for the purposes of healing.
The most common journey is the ancient art of soul retrieval. Soul loss can occur when we experience a traumatic event and a fragment or aspect of ourself goes away. We naturally do this as a protective mechanism in order to survive difficult events. A soul retrieval is a shamanic journey to recover what was lost and to bring it back to this current time and place within yourself. After this, people often report feeling more connected to themself, regained sense of purpose, more energy, and more internal resources to navigate your life with.
I also offer these other shamanic journeys: ancestral lineage healing, meeting your totem animal, cord cutting, and energy clearing. These journeys have a profound affect on healing emotional issues, medical issues, and relationship issues. I’m offering these shamanic journeys through workshops and individual sessions.
What you can expect:
Our first individual session will be gathering information to understand your needs and the best approach to use. You will be laying down on a massage table during the shamanic journey. I’ll be guiding you on the journey while drumming. We will debrief and talk about the highlights of the journey and how to integrate this into your life. Each time you do a journey, you become more familiar with the process, the inner terrain and more comfortable, which allows you to make more progress. For best results, consider a package of 5 sessions.

AnnaMaria Candelaria has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and has been teaching for the last 8 years. AnnaMaria taught in larger classes and very intimate classes in NY. They teach currently at S.O.O.M and at the YMCA. They focus on Hatha and yin/bodywork styles of yoga, and their classes emphasize the importance of safe postures and breath work. AnnaMaria is known to watch very carefully that poses are done with safety and strength. Their classes are known to be both challenging and nurturing, leaving students feeling energized and renewed. AnnaMaria’s 200 hr training was with three sisters youths in New York City. They then took yoga for the special child, Ashtanga yoga, yoga for LGBTQ+ community , sound healing and AnnaMaria is a trauma informed practitioner. Trauma informed yoga examines the effects of trauma on the body and engages yoga practices to address and overcome those impacts, and to relearn reactions through breath work and endurance. Trauma informed yoga is a type of yoga that is specifically designed to help practitioners work through and heal from their trauma. Its foundation is in hatha yoga, one of the most popular types of yoga in the western world that focuses on physical and mental strength-building through breath-work (prāṇāyāma), poses (asanas), hand gestures (mudras) and meditation. It is not meant to function similarly to talk therapy where the client relives and discusses their trauma; rather, trauma-sensitive yoga is a complementary treatment in that it prepares the body for trauma confrontation in psychotherapy while building self-confidence, self-awareness and personal growth AnnaMaria continues to grow and learn constantly. AnnaMaria’s Hatha practice is for most levels that centers on articulating alignment of yoga posture with attention to detail that will leave you truly feeling your body in the posture. We sit into each posture as they are held for 8-10 breaths. Truly pairing breath with postures. Build heat internally as well as externally as the room is warmed. AnnaMaria’s Yin/bodywork Is a slow moving, meditative, body work class. We will look to connect you with your inner resources that helps you work through your discomforts and learned reactions in low stress body poses, all while receiving body work to deepen into the yin poses. This is a restorative class and is very relaxing.

Just back from Bali where he received his Yoga certification, Nolan Welles will be teaching Yinyasa Yoga every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm. Perfect for beginners. A powerful pairing of two different disciplines of asana (yoga postures); Yinyasa has fused the Yin style of long-held passive poses with the dynamic, yang style of Yinyasa (flow). Traditionally a Yin practice is best if done on a "cold" body and passively stretches your connective tissue to promote health of your joints and internal organs. Cost of the class is $20.
